Features of TOTCHI

Realization of dramatically natural dentures by the use of the “CERAMAGE gum color” for the gingiva!

CERAMAGE is the highest-quality hybrid resin and is built up on the denture-base resin surface, so that delicate representations can be pursued according to each patient’s personality. The difference between the CERAMAGE and the conventional coloring materials is significant in performance and beauty!
The edentulous shade is taken (taking a photo with both the gingival color and color guide) to duplicate the dentulous gingival color.
Just as the artificial-tooth form correlates with the patient’s face form, the each patient’s gingiva is created in reference to the artificial-tooth form, residual ridge form, and gingival form.

Artificial teeth do not look like natural teeth. Consequently, they are modified like natural teeth using the hybrid-type resin (CERAMAGE).
The hybrid-type resin tooth has high wear resistance and is adjustable and repairable at any time.
The FIT RSIN by SHOFU (unreleased) is introduced as an acrylic resin for denture base and is cured using the top-class system, so that both the adaptation and strength are distinguished!

The structurally-designed metal plate is longitudinally difficult to deform and crack.
Have you seen the structurally-designed metal plate? All metal plates fabricated in our dental laboratory are structurally designed.
As sufficient strength can be ensured by itself, patients feel their metal plates extremely thinner.
In addition, the SOLID plate with the truss structure minimizes the amount of metal used, resulting in a further increase in strength.
Patients can safely use their dentures accustomed to use for a long time.

The reason why the SOLID plate is strong is because the truss structure often used in architecture is incorporated.
The truss structure is a mechanism derived from the industrial field.
If you look at the figure, you'll see that the truss structure is sensibly more rigid. The truss structure can divide the bending force into tensile and compressive forces.
For example, with a toothpick, a 1.8-kg bending force can break it, but for tensile force, a 60 kg or more force (about 33 times greater than bending force) is computationally required to break it.

The truss structure is used exclusively by our laboratory!
The excellent structure and a control of curing shrinkage of resin allow further improvement in fitness of an acrylic resin for denture base.
